Loved our 1-nights stay. The staff were consistently courteous and incredibly nice. The rooms were all updated and recently renovated with a Jacuzzi tub and a fold out couch, for instance. The hotel was in a central location to Smokey mountains. There was Pizza Hut nearby, offering quick meals. The bar was pretty great.

Extremely convenient and nice hotel, the idea of having a double room was great. Central location near to the mountains and several resturants and shopping, food, amusements, it was in a very nice area. Also, Dolly Parton's Stampede was a few steps away from here.

The hotel is in a fantastic location, close to all the major attractions like Dollywood and just a short walk to several restaurants. It is also easy to do a turn-around just a few feet after turning right onto Parkway, which is very convenient. The room was clean and the staff provided great service.
